Advertising Attribution

When you arrive from a Google ad, this site may store Google ad click identifiers and an opaque attribution token in your browser session so that, if you later voluntarily submit a contact form, we can connect that submission with advertising performance. Contact details from the form are emailed to AccuHear and are not sent to Google through this attribution path.

Text Messaging (SMS) Communications

If you provide AccuHear with your mobile phone number — for example, on our patient intake form, by giving it to our staff, or by submitting a contact form — we may send you SMS messages related to your care, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and replies to questions you send us.

Message types: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, replies to your inquiries, and occasional clinic communications.

Messaging frequency: message frequency may vary depending on your appointments and any conversations you initiate with us. Most patients receive fewer than four messages per month.

Costs: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out: you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any AccuHear text message. You will receive a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and you will receive no further SMS from us. To opt back in, reply START.
